This site is written in html under Internet Explorer 7 running under Windows Vista. It has not been tested under all browsers or under Apple software, so apologies if problems occur. The navigation panel is on view at all times and should be used to move between the specified sections. You can also return to the previous window by clicking the Back icon on Explorer toolbar. It has been designed so that fonts are scalable. This may however result in some undesirable consequences in the extreme font size settings.
